1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using HotelPay Africa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our platform provides hospitality financial infrastructure for hotels across Nigeria and the wider African continent.

2. Platform Fees

HotelPay charges a flat 5% commission on successful room bookings processed through our branded checkout links. There are zero setup fees or monthly subscription costs. Standard payment processing fees from third-party gateways may also apply.

3. Hotel Responsibilities

Hotels are responsible for maintaining accurate room inventory, pricing, and fulfilling guest reservations. HotelPay is a payment and booking infrastructure provider and is not liable for property-level disputes.

4. Settlements

Funds are settled into the hotel's designated local bank account on a daily basis, following the guest's successful payment processing.
